Justin Collins

Justin has been one of the key pieces behind Collins & Associates. He has been working in the Balkans for 22 years. Justin has achieved specialised knowledge of the market in these countries, as well as the local legal and bureaucratic requirements. His efforts are in the construction and engineering sector, providing services, supplies, personnel and originally with humanitarian Organisations (NGO's) during the Kosovo conflict. Justin helps clients and self-led projects, by working out a business plan to maximize the project benefits in several ways. The key services provided to a client (e.g. procuring a contract for them to supply their product ), set up a joint company with a client to operate a service (e.g. to provide specialised staff ), or set up brand new company for the duration of the project ( e.g. providing relief supplies into post war Kosovo.) Whatever area Justin is assigned, work the term necessary to fulfil the contract, then prepare the company for sole operations and move on to the next project. Justin focuses on linking companies either locally or internationally, so that together they can fulfil the requirements of a contract. Once the companies have secured a contract, Justin will continue to assist as necessary with any bureaucratic, legal or financial requirement. As well as the supply of personnel, Justin has also supplied building and engineering materials, timber, power generation equipment, foodstuffs and a surveying service. Justin's extensive experience includes working with companies such as BP, KBR, Johnson Controls, Valplast ( Romania ) , Romstal ( Romania & Italy ), other major international construction Companies.
